ARESGAME provides a non-transferable warranty to purchasers of ARESGAME hardware products purchased from an authorized ARESGAME reseller. ARESGAME warrants that their products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period, commencing on the date of purchase. The warranty period will vary by specific product, as identified in your user documentation, on the product package, or as listed in the attached listing of ARESGAME Warranty Periods. In the event that any of these warranty periods differ, the longest specified warranty period will apply.
Except where prohibited by applicable local laws, this warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To exercise your warranty rights, you must present a sales receipt and provide the product’s serial number information. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary under local laws.
In general, this warranty means your ARESGAME hardware product will operate in accordance with the published technical specifications, as specified in its data sheet, and in the operating environment for which it was intended, for the length of the warranty period.
ARESGAME's entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any ARESGAME product that is not operating in accordance with its published technical specifications is at ARESGAME's discretion and is to replace the product at ARESGAME's expense. This warranty obligation is conditional on the hardware being returned to the original place of purchase, or another place as directed by ARESGAME, with the original sales receipt attached. You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. ARESGAME may, at its discretion, provide new or refurbished products.
Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is greater, or for the period of time required by local laws.
An obsolete or discontinued product will be replaced with the same product if available. If ARESGAME is unable to replace your obsolete or discontinued product with the same product, ARESGAME will replace the obsolete or discontinued product, at its sole discretion, with a product having similar functions and capacity.
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:
-Wear and tear associated with normal use.
-Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair.
-Missing, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label.
-Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions.
-Connection to any improper voltage supply.
-Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship.
Also excluded from this warranty are counterfeit products; that is, products that ARESGAME, at its sole discretion, determines were not manufactured by ARESGAME or any of its authorized manufacturing partners.
A single PCIe 8pin cable and connector’s maximum current rating is 15A, which is 180W (+12V x 15A). Aresgame’s warranty will not cover damages or malfunction resulting from the use of a graphics card or expansion card with a single PCIe 8pin connector that exceeds the standard 255W total power draw (180W from the PCIe 8pin connector + 75W from the PCIe motherboard slot). Similarly, a graphics card or expansion card with dual PCIe 8pin connectors that exceed 435W total power draw (360W from two PCIe 8pin connectors + 75W from the PCIe motherboard slot) will also not be covered under warranty. If the power consumption of your graphics card exceeds 255W, please use 2 or more PCIe cables. If your graphics card has three PCIe ports, please use three PCIe cables.
The peripheral (Molex) or SATA connector’s maximum current rating is 5A, which is 60W (+12V x 5A) or 25W (+5V x 5A). Please ensure the connected devices are operating under these limits. Aresgame’s warranty will not cover damages or malfunction resulting from usage exceeding these connectors and their associated cables’ ratings.
A 24pin motherboard connector’s maximum current rating for its dual +12V metal pins are 6A each, which totals 144W (+12V x 6A x 2). Please ensure that the +12V drawing devices connected to the motherboard are operating under these limits. Aresgame’s warranty will not cover damages or malfunction resulting from usage exceeding these connectors and their associated cables’ ratings.
ARESGAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT) OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT EVEN IF ARESGAME HAS BEEN ADVISED PREVIOUSLY OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some local laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply in your jurisdiction.
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS HARDWARE PRODUCT IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Some local laws do not allow imitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so this limitation may not apply in your jurisdiction.
Consumers may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods.
No ARESGAME employee, dealer, or other agent is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
